Establishing Identity for International Protection: Ireland
Abstract
The study provides an overview of challenges and practices facing national authorities, as well as I/NGOs and practitioners, with regard to the establishment of identity of applicants for international protection (i.e. asylum and subsidiary protection) and for the return of rejected applicants.
