Two new Regulations published giving further effect to 'the Asylum Procedures Directive'

Two regulations give further effect in Irish law to the EU Directive on minimum standards on procedures in Member States for granting and withdrawing refugee status (Council Directive 2005/85/EC 'the Asylum Procedures Directive').
