New policy document on Non-EEA Family Reunification

The Department of Justice and Equality has published a new policy document on family reunification.
Key policy issues in the area are discussed, together with plans for future policy development. Guidelines for family reunification case processing are provided, which will apply to family reunification cases from the beginning of 2014.
