This EMN Inform presents the main findings of the EMN Focussed Study “Attracting Highly Qualified and Qualified Third-Country Nationals to the EU” undertaken by EMN National Contact Points from 23 (Member) States. It provides, an overview of national policies and EU acquis aimed at attracting (highly) qualified third-country nationals for the purpose of work and also outlines practical measures implemented to achieve the goals of the national policies.
