Irish Nationality and Citizenship Regulations 2023

These regulations concern applications for naturalisation and substitute new versions of Form 8 and Form 11. The amendments remove Statutory Declarations to be made by applicants when applying for a certificate of naturalisation, as well as to remove the requirements for referee signatures. These regulations also update Form 11 in the Schedule to reflect the amendments made to the Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act 1956 by way of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023.
