Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2024

This order imposes visa requirements for nationals of Botswana and South Africa in order to land in the State. It also introduces a transit visa requirement for these nationalities.

The order allows for an exception to the visa requirement for South African nationals who are holders of a diplomatic passport or holders of a service passport or public affairs passport who arrive in the State in the company of the Government where that Minister is on an official visit.
