The Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2020 amends the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order 2014 to add non-EEA national family members of UK nationals who also hold a residence document under the terms of the Withdrawal Agreement between the EU and the United Kingdom, to the list of non-nationals who are not required to hold a valid Irish visa on landing in the State.
This regulation entered into operation at 11 pm on 31 December 2020.
