These Regulations provide the detail on how foreign nationals, as defined in the Employment Permits Acts of 2003 and 2006, may be employed in the State. They outline the procedures to be followed in making an application for an employment permit, and the review procedures to be followed in cases where application for a permit is refused or a permit is revoked. The Regulations also set out the fees that must accompany such an application.
