  These regulations amend the forms to update the fine amounts for carriers alleged to be in breach of offences under section 2, Immigration Act 2003. The fine amounts are amended in Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024.
