Norway participates in the EMN via a Working Arrangement between the European Commission and the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Public Security. The Norwegian contact point (NO EMN NCP) consists of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (JD) and the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI).
