This inform analyses the arrangements European Union (EU) Member States have put in place for accommodation and housing for beneficiaries of temporary protection, in the context of the activation of the Temporary Protection Directive (TPD).
Article 13(1) of the TPD requires Member States to ensure that persons entitled to temporary protection have access to suitable accommodation or, if necessary, receive the means to obtain housing.
