Developments

·         A new Stamp 1G for students availing of the Third Level Graduate Scheme will be introduced effective from 1 February 2016.

·         International Protection Act 2015 with the principal purpose of reforming the system for determining applications for international protection in Ireland through the introduction of a single application procedure was signed into law on 30 December 2015.  

·         Revised remuneration requirements for specific Employment Permit types (SI No 442 of 2015), increased the statutory minimum wage to €9.15 per hour effective from 1 January 2016.
